Role and Responsibilities:

• Improving the production system to increase effectiveness and efficiency in production
• Handling responsibilities relates to Production Planning, Production System, Warehouse, and Inventory Control
• Do administration work related to the responsibilities, including being responsible for the ERP system of the company and various production reports
• Involve in the process to improve effectiveness and efficiency in the production system
• Coordinate with another department regarding your work and responsibilities and ensure you’re giving the best support and solutions to other departments

Requirements:

• Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering in 2021-2024
• GPA minimum 3.4 on a 4.0 scale
• Good command of English
• Have an interest in Business Processes and Industrial Processes
• Energetic and dynamic person
• High ability in analytical thinking and strategic thinking
• Initiative to learn and have high curiosity
• High interest in tackling challenges, problem-solving, and giving solutions in an unconventional way
• Adaptable and can interact with people from various backgrounds
• Resilient individual and dares to face unpredictable situations
