Trik Menuliskan Pencapaian (Achievement) di Resume

Banyak resume yang formatnya sudah sesuai, namun kandidat lupa menuliskan salah satu hal penting dari pengalaman mereka sebelumnya, yakni achievement atau pencapaian. Pencapaian penting untuk disertakan di resume sebab, selain melihat tanggung jawab, rekruter juga dapat melihat kekuatan kita dipengalaman sebelumnya. Mereka juga bisa melihat growth kandidat dan potensi yang dapat dibawa ke perusahaan yang dilamar.

Pencapaian yang Bisa Disertakan di dalam Resume

Pencapaian seperti apa yang bisa disertakan di dalam resume? Yang umum disertakan adalah pencapaian dalam hal pendidikan dan profesional. Contoh pencapaian dalam pendidikan adalah mendapatkan IPK tinggi. Hal ini boleh dituliskan di resume karena bisa menunjukkan keseriusan kita dalam belajar selama kuliah, meskipun IPK tinggi saja tidak cukup karena harus dibarengi dengan pengalaman lainnya. Contoh pencapaian lain pada pendidikan adalah mendapatkan beasiswa. Pencapaian profesional biasanya digambarkan melalui kemampuan kita untuk mencapai suatu target saat bekerja, atau ketika kita mendapatkan sertifikasi. Pencapaian ini penting dicantumkan karena dapat menggambarkan kualitas suatu kandidat. Kita selalu bisa memeriksa job description dari pekerjaan yang dilamar untuk melihat pencapaian lain yang mungkin bisa disertakan. Ingat, pastikan hanya menyertakan pencapaian yang relevan.

Contoh Penulisan Pencapaian di Resume

1. Bagian Pendidikan (Education)

Seperti yang telah dijelaskan sebelumnya, kita bisa menambahkan info mengenai IPK atau predikat kelulusan (cum laude, magna cum laude, atau summa cum laude) pada bagian ini. Kita bisa menambahkan keterangan penerimaan beasiswa jika ada.

2. Bagian Pengalaman Professional (Professional Experience)

Pada bagian ini, pencapaian yang dituliskan akan membuat pengalaman kerja sebelumnya menjadi terlihat lebih impactful. Jangan lupa juga untuk mengkuantifikasi pencapaian agar rekruter bisa mendapatkan gambaran yang lebih baik dan lebih mudah dipahami.

Terdapat beberapa cara untuk menuliskan pencapaian di bagian ini:

a. Pisahkan bagian tanggung jawab dan pencapaian

  • Gabungan antara paragraf pendek dan bullet point
