Job Descriptions:

To perform sales activities of Home Business in the region to ensure the achievement of the business target with Key Individual Accountabilities:

• Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives for home business to ensure the achievement of sales target
• Perform the end-to-end sales cycle process to ensure the execution is according to plan with certain predetermined standards
• Analyze regional market new opportunities for growth
• Manage direct sales agent/communities/partner to ensure all the target is delivered based on determined process

Requirements:

• Minimal Bachelor's degree in Sales or Management
• Have 3 years of experience in home business sales in the Computer and Technology/ Sales & Distribution/Telecommunication/Media and News industries
• Strong achievement results and growth mindset
