Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Lead and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and alignment
• with internal user needs.
• Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Apply Agile methodologies and use Jira for tracking and managing projects, and assist
• junior project managers in mastering the tool.
• Passionately and patiently teach and mentor junior project managers.
• Oversee thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues.
• Maintain feature timelines and ensure projects meet deadlines.
• Utilize your background in internal ERP systems to effectively manage related projects.
• Apply strong problem-solving skills to connect the dots and address challenges
• proactively.

Kualifikasi:

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency in using Jira for project tracking and management.
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role, with at least 3 years in
• internal ERP systems.
• Demonstrated success in managing ERP projects and delivering features on time and
• within budget.
• Project management certification (PMP or similar) is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with a focus on mentoring and teaching.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and excel under
• pressure.
• A passion for problem-solving and connecting complex ideas.

Bonus Points If:

• Experience with teaching and mentoring junior team members.
• Experience as a Fullstack Developer, particularly with:

1. Code Igniter
2. Laravel
3. Vue.js (a plus, but not required)
4. Node.js (optional)
