What you will do:

• Create Job Advertisements on various job boards, company website, and social media platforms
• Utilize different channels to source and shortlist potential candidates to fulfill a vacant position
• Manage schedule for work-sample test and interview and reference checks on selected candidates
• Assist the onboarding process for new hires
• Contribute to enhancing the organization's employer branding activities to attract top talent

We are looking for you who:

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) from Psychology with min, GPA 3.00
• Experienced in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably in FMCG industry at least 1-2 years
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
