Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and devise recruitment strategies.
• Source potential candidates through online channels and other professional networks.
• Screen resumes and applications, conducting initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate the interview process with relevant team members.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of talent for future hiring needs.
• Provide a positive candidate experience, representing the company brand effectively.
• Monitor the offer process until onboarding process

Kualifikasi:

Requirements:

• Min experience of 2 years as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role 
• Ability and willingness to learn about the position requirements
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
