As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will:

• End to End Supply Chain Process Production FMCG Manage day-to-day PPIC coordination with contract manufacturers (maklon), packaging suppliers, labeling, sticker providers, and logistics partners to ensure seamless production and delivery timelines.
• Oversee vendor issue resolution, proactively addressing supply chain bottlenecks to avoid delays in production and distribution.
• Facilitate collaboration between Marketing, Sales, and NPD (New Product Development) teams to support efficient product launches, market responsiveness, order processing, and product allocation.
• Lead problem-solving and decision-making for the Transport Coordination and Procurement Admin teams, providing clear guidance and support to team members.
• Release purchase orders (POs) and track procurement activities relate on production product from raw material to finish goods using Odoo ERP system,
• Oversee vendor fulfillment warehouse operations, ensuring efficient order processing, optimal stock allocation, and performance optimization. Serve as the key liaison for the brand in managing contract warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with SLAs and operational excellence.
• Monitor two warehouse Flexo Tanggerang and Flexo Balikpapan stock allocation and distribution, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory placement to meet customer and business demands.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance through, leveraging data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency and resolve potential disruptions.
• Key person for ERP Odoo in supply chain processes, ensuring seamless integration and operational running smoothly.
• Manage product barcode registration in the international barcode system, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and traceability.

Kualifikasi:

• Strong problem solving and data analytical skills
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP, and WMS
• Great communication and coordination
• Prior experience in FMCG or Beauty Industry is a plus
