What you'll do:
- Manage Operations QA and Business Process streams
- Monitor and evaluate the performance quality in each of our contact channels
- Liaise with other stakeholders within operations to fine tune business processes based on QA findings
What you'll need:
- Having 2-3 years of customer service experience
- Have a minimum 2 years of experience in leading the QA team
- Proven track records as Quality Assurance professional
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Familiar with QA methodologies
- Focus on quality and customer service
- Exceptional listening and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced, team environment
- Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer experience
