Role and Responsibilities:

• Check and update the operating system and applications run by the user
• Ensure that every application used can run well
• Responsible for supporting machines. Such as scanners, printers, etc
• Make some settings on frequently used browsers
• Maintain system security by using tools such as antivirus and other similar things
• Perform regular backups of all company data
• Ensure that each computer used can communicate well and is connected to the network system
• Repair and check computer network problems
• Update and check the application or operating system used
• Ensure that any data on the computer cannot be taken by other people without the person's permission

Qualifications:

• Graduated from IT, Communication System, or related majors
• Have skills related to IT software
• Have active English skills
• Have good communication and problem solving skills
• Willing to be placed in the Kendal Industrial Area, Central Java
