Job Description:

• Create a daily content plan & manage campaign calendars
• Create and post content on Social Media (Instagram and TikTok)
• Assist in the implementation of campaign marketing strategy through social media (Instagram and TikTok)
• Ensure the general information on Bukalapak's social media is regularly managed and updated
• Support the monitoring process of the interactions that occur on Mitra Bukalapak's social media in accordance with the guidelines and business needs
• Assist the team in coordinating with related parties in identifying campaign needs on social media, content creation, administration, and other needs related to operational activities including scheduling and posting content, as well as being responsible for responding to social media matters

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree or Fresh Graduate Majoring in Communication, Advertising, Public Relations, DKV, or related majors
• Preferably have photo or video editing skills
• Strong familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram & TikTok)
• Understanding of social media metrics; ability to interpret the results and take action to increase the effectiveness of social media campaigns
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with multiple brands and stakeholders
