Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Develop a growth and strategy focus on the expansion of HIGO locations in the Small Medium Enterprise segment.
- Create and execute sales plans to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
- Forecast revenues and build a pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- You will manage the progress of sales opportunities throughout the sales process, including pipeline development, management, and maintaining.
- Achieving sales targets and driving business growth of the SME team.
- Report & Analyze: Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Team Performance Management: Monitor and track team performance, providing feedback, direction, mentoring, and performance management for SME team as needed.
- Communicate with and coordinate the activities of team for collaboration
Kualifikasi:
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales manager or a relevant role.
- Have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Sales, preferably in direct sales with a background in FMCG, Retail, or Tech companies.
- Exhibit strong leadership skills, including managing sales teams across a wide area offline and remotely, with a deep understanding of the character and demographics of various areas.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English.
- Previous Team Management experience and having six sigma certifications is plus.
- Market knowledge in the Small Medium Enterprise segment.
- Communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build rapport and lead a team.
- Time management and planning skills.
