SENIOR FLUTTER DEVELOPER

Obyektif dan Tanggung Jawab

• Work hand-in-hand with the product manager and UI/UX designers on developing, testing, and maintaining mobile applications using Flutter for both iOS and Android. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Work closely with back-end developers on REST API and cloud managed services, by developing new user-facing features. Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to the back-end. Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability. Ensure secure coding and best practices for testing across end-to-end solution
• Build on each other by analyzing and reviewing team’s code and provide constructive feedback for continuous environment
• Establish strong relationships with clients or partners and demonstrate credibility, empathy and expertise on business and technical issues
• Understands their team's domain at a high level and can gather sufficient context to work productively within it. Has expertise in a portion of their team's domain.
• Propose and deliver an optimal solution after understanding existing alternate options and overall system impact of implementing each option
• Follow fast-paced agile process, and assist with planning and estimation of sprint deliverables

Kualifikasi

• 3-4 years of experience as a mobile developer. Prior experience as a flutter developer
• Familiarity with saving data locally and SQL
• Familiarity with iOS and Android operating system and their SDKs and APIs
• Architecture and server-side development is a plus
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
• Understanding of the agile development life-cycle
• Ability to write readable code, create extensive documentation for existing code, and refactor the previously written code into readable state
• Self-starter with strong self management skills, strong attention to detail while maintaining high level of code and design quality
