People Operation Support
What You Will Do
Currently, we are looking for someone who can fill the position of People Operation Support. Take a look at some points below to understand more about this role.
- Planning and coordinate secretariat activities.
- Coordinate the implementation of general administration tasks includes organization and management, personnel, finance, archives, equipment and household affairs of educational institutions
- Other official duties assigned by Superiors.
- Prepare a work plan for the administrative work program.
- Coordinator the administrative completeness of educational institutions and storing important documents.
- Compile attendance lists for tutors and students.
Requirements And Specifications
In order to carry out the obligations well, we need someone who has specific knowledge and abilities in a specific area. To make it easier, there are:
- Bachelor’s degree in any major
- At least 1 year of working experience as HR Generalist or similar role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Passionate on administrative task
- Analytical, data-driven, reliable and results-oriented
