• Create & facilitate programs that improves employees' engagements
• Deliver buddy program program dedicated to new employees
• Facilitate data collection & processing for Engagement & Culture program report
• Provide assistance in delivering Culture Internalisation program & initiatives
• Support & facilitate internal communication initiation in Culture & Engagement area
• Provide assistance in delivering data-driven & creative ideas for future improvements

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in culture and engagement area.
• Ability to professionally interact with all levels within the company
• Ability to innovate and make changes in the organization.
• High interests in engagement events.

• Possess skills in graphic design or other creative applications
