Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Plan and execute item selections for promotions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, including Oversee the setup of promotional items, including bundling, pricing, flash sales, and promotion slots, in collaboration with the Category Excellence (Catex) and Promo teams.
• Track and analyze the impact of advertisements and promotions to ensure measurable results.
• Manage ads and traffic strategies to drive customer engagement and channel growth.
• Manage relationships with Resellers or Relationship Managers (RM) to ensure alignment and performance.
• Plan, monitor and supervise live sessions to optimize viewer interaction and revenue.
• Coordinate with Customer Service (CS) to address issues promptly.
• Oversee API integrations for seamless flow & process.

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in: E-Commerce promotions and campaign management.
• Experience in live streaming operations (e.g., managing live selling sessions) is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with API integration processes and technical coordination.
