Kriteria Peserta:

Student in last year of college (7-8 Semester) from all major

Able to operate MS Office

Able to operate design software: Canva, Adobe Premier, etc

Able to communicate in English and Indonesian, both verbal and written

Have logical and analytical thinking

Have good communication skills, including negotiation skill

Have high initiative to learn completely new things and complex process

• Mentee can learn on how to communicate effectively enhances with internal and external team
• Mentee can learn on how to communicate clearly and persuasively

Skill 3: Creative Thinking

Deskripsi:

• Mentee can learn on how to find communication campaign ideas that align with the company's objectives using available tools to create briefs and content

Skill 4: Graphic Designer & Videographer Skill

Deskripsi:

• Mentee can try to analyze requirements for the content
• Mentee can learn on how to create an infographic and content video

Skill 5: Presentation Skill
