Role and Responsibilities:

This Management Trainee program prepares fresh graduates for leadership positions across many sectors in Mandiri Tunas Finance. By joining this program, you will be trained by professionals and leaders in various aspects. This program starts off with intensive in-class education followed by on-the-job training and rotation across different parts of the company.

Requirements:

• Fresh Graduates (S1) or Post-Graduates (S2) from any fields studies
• Minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 or equivalent
• Have a strong sense of analytical thinking and good communication skills
• Actively involved in campus or external organizations
• Remain to be unmarried during the program
• Willing to be placed in all business of PT Mandiri Tunas Finance in Indonesia
