What Will You Do

The Supply Chain Management Trainee. In this role, you will help to bring high quality products that will touch the life of millions of consumers. You will work in cross-functional teams and have the opportunities to advance your career across different functions, different business units, and across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

• Works closely with the sales and marketing teams to produce forecasts and models to estimate the future demand for a product or service, according to S&OP process
• Plans and controls inventory of finished goods for sales warehouses and distribution centers to meet sales and distribution demand, as well as inventory targets
• Supports supervisor, vendors, and staff to resolve any problems and/or concerns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure achievement of supply chain metrics and business objectives
• Ensure compliance to quality, ethical, legal, and professional standards
• Initiate process improvements within areas of responsibilities

Required Qualifications 

• Graduate with a bachelor’s degree
• Fluent in English, both speaking & writing
• Supply Chain experience (i.e. Planning, Manufacturing) preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Passionate to learn new things and solve challenging problems
• Collaboration, prioritization, communication and presentation skill
