Responsibilities:

• Responsible for paying-user operation on the platform, including but not limited to answering and handling daily user inquiries
• Responsible for increasing user paying amount on the platform and continuously hunting more paying users
• Continuously improve paying-user satisfaction with the platform and resolve conflicts between paying users and and streamers

Requirements:

• Associate degree or above, with relevant work experience in customer service, and experience in the live streaming industry is preferred
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, able to accurately grasp the psychological needs of paying users and effectively handle conflicts and risk prevention
• Understand the psychology of paying users at different levels and have corresponding communication strategies
• Good coordination and self-emotional management skills are required
