Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• manage the company’s licensing with related parties in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations 
• make and review all agreements between the company and third parties in accordance with aplicable policies  
• communicating and coordinating with third parties or other related institutions in relation to the required licensing documents 
• ensure that permit registration process runs in a timely manner for both new license registrations or license renewals  
• ensure to always be aware of regulatory updates from the ministry of health and other relevant institutions  
• accompany any audit / surveillance activities related to the licensing or regulatory process. 
• provide direction and assistance for any legal issues of the company  
• keep all documents related to legality and licensing  
• maintain good relationship with third parties 

Kualifikasi:

• minimum S1 Law 
• have legal experience in a start up company  
• flexible in communication , reliable in negotiating, & honest  
• able to master and make business contract  
• able to writing, speaking, and listening in English
• have strong self-confidence  
• have high loyalty and never give up  
• master the limited liability Company Law  
• understand business lincense such as OSS, and other business permit
