What we're looking for

KarirLab is an early-stage startup incubated at Yale University searching for flexible go-getters who welcome the challenge of meeting the needs of a newly founded business. We have secured funding and are rapidly expanding and looking to groom candidates from within, who will get into the problems and roll up their sleeves. You'll be the right hand of our Core Team: ex-MBB consulting firms and Southeast Asian unicorns.

Our ideal candidate is ready to problem-solve and execute with attention to details! To succeed in this role, you should have a passion for self-development and a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for end-to-end execution of KarirLab’s learning programs including but not limited to organizing training modality, venues, transport and catering for training attendees, hosting learning and development events
• Support in collecting feedback from customers and participants from KarirLab’s initiatives and programs
• Support in communicating with clients as well as speakers in preparing for the events
• Support in generating reports based on the data collected throughout the events

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or 4th-year student
• Based in Yogyakarta
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Comfortable working with Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Excellent attention to detail
• Active team player, independent self-starter who can take initiatives to ask & quickly adjust priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Word), Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Zoom
• Experience in hosting and running events/classes
• Interest in self & professional development
• Experience in understanding learning materials
