Job Description:

• Support users in terms of Software and Hardware repairation needs
• Manage LAN networks
• Support the implementation of minimizing damage and repairs related to IT
• Coordinate with offices and representative offices in the IT field
• Carry out the necessary administration tasks related to IT

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Informatics Engineering / Information Systems / Computer Engineering / Informatics Management
• Have at least 1 year of experience handling Server / Network / Desktop Support
• Mastering Windows 7, Windows 11, and Microsoft Office
• Have a good knowledge of Windows Server, Networking, Desktop Management, and Backup / Restore
• Have good analysis, initiative, and cooperation skills
