Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Checking and updating the operating systems and applications used by users.
• Ensuring that each application runs smoothly.
• Being responsible for supporting machines such as scanners, printers, etc.
• Making some adjustments to frequently used browsers.
• Maintaining system security using tools such as antivirus software and similar.
• Performing regular backups of all company data.
• Ensuring that each computer can communicate effectively and is connected to the network system.
• Troubleshooting and fixing network issues.
• Updating and checking applications or operating systems in use.
• Ensuring that all data on computers cannot be accessed by unauthorized individuals.

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology / Information Systems or related fields, with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale).
• At least 2 year of experience in IT operations.
• Proficient in problem-solving.
• Familiar with distributed processing, procedures, and equipment.
• Competent in microcomputer software applications and hardware configuration.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey ideas and concepts to users.
