As an IT Application Support professional, your primary role is to provide assistance and solutions to users experiencing technical issues with computer software.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate with GPA min. 3.3 (scale 4.00) or 1-2 years experience in similar position
• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information System, Computer Science, Mathematic, or Engineering from reputable university
• Having knowledge of Java, PL/SQL Query, VB, PHP will be an advantage
• Eager to learn, fast learner, and high achiever
• Good in communication, analysis, and problem solving skills
