Responsibilities:

• Recruitment: screen resumes and application forms, schedule and confirm interviews with candidates, and manage the career site
• Employer Branding: creating several employer branding initiatives and manage the LinkedIn page
• L&D and OD: assisting and supporting the learning & development and organizational development initiatives
• And many more exciting HR ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• Final year students or fresh graduates, preferably from business, human resources, engineering and/or other related background
• Coming from reputable university in Indonesia and/or overseas
• Proficiency in data visualization tools is a must
• Used to operate Google Workspace (Google Spreadsheet, Google Docs, Google Slides, etc.)
• Strong English proficiency (verbal and written)
• Strong analytical skills with structured thinking
• Highly initiative, proactive, and collaborative
• Ready to become a collaborative team player in a dynamic yet fun working environment
