What you do :

• Engage with guests as they arrive and escorting them to their tables and obtain feedback on their experience and handling any complaints
• Handle the reservations and managing the waiting list to ensure that guests are seated in a timely manner
• Provide menu recommendations and taking food and drink orders from guests, conveying any special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen staff.

• Have experience in the F&B Industry for at least 1 year
