Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

JOB SUMMARY

Group Talent Management & Acquisition Manager responsible for strategizing, developing, and executing initiatives to attract, engage, and retain top talent. This role focuses on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent to ensure the organization meets its strategic goals and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.. The manager will collaborate with hotel HR teams and leadership to implement effective recruitment strategies and talent development programs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Talent Acquisition Strategy:

·      Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles within the hotel properties, that alligned with company objective and workforce planning needs.

·      Work with hotel HR Units to understand staffing needs and create targeted recruitment plan.

Recruitment & Selection :

·      Lead and manage end to end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates across various channels, and interviewing.

·      Establish and maintain partnerships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent pipelines to ensure a diverse and robust candidate pool.

·      Implement best practices in candidate assessment, interviewing techniques, and candidate experience to ensure a positive recruitment process for both candidates and hiring managers.

·      Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Onboarding:

·     Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization.

·     Coordinate with HR Learning & Development to provide comprehensive orientation and training programs for new employees.

Employer Branding:

·      Enhance the employer brand to attract top talent by promoting the company’s culture, values, and benefits.

·      Develop and implement employer branding initiatives and participate in industry events and career fairs.

Talent Management and Development:

·      Develop and implement talent management programs, including performance management, career development, and succession planning.

·      Identify high-potential employees and create development plans to prepare them for leadership roles.

·      Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.

·      Collaborate with departmental leaders to identify talent gaps, succession planning needs, and career development opportunities.

·      Drive initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization, ensuring that talent management practices are aligned with these principles.

·      Lead efforts to enhance employee engagement, performance management, and retention through effective feedback mechanisms, coaching, and career development plans.

Performance Management:

·      Support the performance management process, including setting performance standards, conducting appraisals, and providing feedback.

·      Work with HR unit to address performance issues and implement improvement plans.

HR Report & Compliance:

·      Track and analyze key HR metrics related to recruitment, talent management, and retention.

·      Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making.

·      Ensure compliance with local, regional, and national labor laws and regulations in all talent management and acquisition activities.

Others :

·      Lead or participate in special HR projects

·      Perform other duties as may be assigned

Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor Degree in Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Commerce and Hospitality
  • Minimum 5 year experiences with 3 year experiences as HR Talent Management Manager and Talent Acquistion Manager, preferable in hospitality industry
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR Best Practices
  • English savvy
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of learning principles, training methodologies, and development practices.
  • Creative and familiar in creating training material module either in ppt or video
  • Good presentation skill
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
