Job Overview:

In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our office operations, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. From managing petty cash and keeping our office in top shape to organizing meetings and coordinating travel, you’ll handle it all with confidence. You’ll also have the chance to shape our company culture by contributing to our social media and employer branding efforts.

Job Role:

  1. Petty Cash Management: Oversee and manage petty cash, ensuring accurate tracking and proper usage.
  2. Office Maintenance: Ensure the office environment is well-maintained, handling repairs, cleanliness, and general upkeep.
  3. Meeting Support: Organize and prepare meeting rooms, manage scheduling, and provide necessary materials and equipment.
  4. Travel Management: Coordinate and book travel arrangements for employees, including transportation and accommodations.
  5. Asset Management: Keep track of company assets, maintaining records of equipment, furniture, and other office items.
  6. Office Support: Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  7. Employer Branding/Social Media: Assist in managing the company’s social media presence, particularly in promoting employer branding.
  8. Monitoring Role: Monitor various office activities, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Kualifikasi:

Job Qualification:

  1. Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field from a reputable university, with min. GPA of 3.00/4.00.
  2. Male with minimum 2 years of experience in general affairs, office administration, or a related field is preferred
  3. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  4. Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  5. Capable of addressing and resolving issues promptly.
  6. Ensure accuracy in cash management, record-keeping, and office maintenance.
  7. Familiarity with office software and social media platforms.
  8. Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  9. Capable of overseeing office activities, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
  10. Experience in managing social media accounts, particularly in the context of employer branding.
