Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Assist in managing office supplies, equipment, and general facilities maintenance.
- Help coordinate internal company events, meetings, and staff activities.
- Support documentation, filing, and data entry related to General Affairs.
- Assist in handling employee requests related to office needs, including maintenance and repair.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office supplies and equipment.
- Assist in managing vehicle and asset administration.
- Support the HRGA team with any other General Affairs-related tasks as needed.
Kualifikasi:
- Freshgraduate / Final year student with no classes in Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Google workspace
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle administrative tasks with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Able to commit to a 3–6-month internship program.
- Prior experience in administration or office management (internship or volunteer work) is a plus but not required.
- Interest in the fitness or wellness industry is a bonus.
