About the role
Future Leadership Program (FLP) was established in October 2022, with the goal of recruiting the best talents with 0-2 years of work experience. The main goal of establishing FLP is to produce great leaders with comprehensive digital banking experience in a 1.5 year timespan. In order to achieve this goal, FLP will be rotated into three different departments across Superbank. Below is an overview of the journey that the FLPs will have
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline from a reputable university and have less than 0-2 years of working experience, with min. GPA of 3.25
- With a strong change mindset to transform the banking industry and are ready to face the enriching and exciting challenges
- Experienced in Project Management roles, with a proven track record of handling challenging projects
- Adaptability, creativity, decisiveness and resilience, and demonstrations of good interpersonal and communication skills
- Students in their final year are welcome to apply
