RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reports to the Assistant Manager/Supervisor
• Take customers’ food and drink orders
• Ensure that all orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely manner
• Suggest appetizers and meals to customers based on the menu and specials
• Work closely with restaurant management to immediately address all customer concerns and create a pleasant dining experience
• Confirm orders with the chefs and bartenders whenever a clarification is requested
• Assist with setting tables and rearranging tables to accommodate larger parties in order to maintain and keep clean food counters at all times
• To ensure that the areas where the goods are kept are clean at all times
• To cooperate and work in a team towards development implementation
• To take initiative to identify areas for improvement and participate

Job Requirements:

• Certificate in GCSEs or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of experience as Server preferred
• However, Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply
• Must be able to work for longer hours
• Possesses strong customer service skills
• Must have legible and good handwriting skills
• Knowledge and Ability to use restaurant POS software platform is a plus
• Able to speak English fluently
• Domicile in Denpasar, Indonesia
