Role and Responsibilities:

• Participate in the daily meeting with facility team lead and technician, report maintenance job task to the manager, and lead new technician
• Work collaboratively with other internal department such as operation team in order to solve on-site issue.
• Establish fire safety equipment maintenance and preventive schedule
• Liaise with authority regarding license application and renewal matter
• Coordinate with other facility team member to resolve all the technical issue
• Support Managers and Supervisors in recording events like injuries, illnesses, near misses, investigate accidents & equipment abnormal cases
• Attend to emergency cases such as fire protection equipment failure, accidents and etc
• Review and monitoring fire alarm system matrix and equipment performance
• Planning and arrange schedule fire drill practice and emergency training
• Prepare cost estimation and plan for facilities budgetary
• To stand by for urgent maintenance work and supervise all vendors related fire protection services works
• To take on any other ad-hoc task from superior

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Vocational or Polytechnic in the field of Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in manufacturing plant facility or maintenance team
• Good knowledge in project handling, Mechanical installation, testing & commissioning and fire alarm system cause & effect
• Familiar in ASHRAE, NFPA, SMK3, SNI standard and local authority requirement
• Able to work under pressure and night shift
• Good communication with all levels and leadership skill
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English and Indonesian. Preferably fluent in Mandarin
