Job Descriptions

• Provides support to the main teacher to ensure a safe and stimulating learning environment
• Assists the main teacher in planning and preparation for daily activities; aids instructional efforts of the teacher
• Plans, prepares, and develops various teaching aids for use in the classroom, including activity sheets, drawings, and similar handouts
• Encourage children to interact with each other to develop social skills
• Prepare classroom setting, oversee safety and provide supportive environment
• Develop and maintain cooperative communication with student parents
• Participate and support education-related events as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree graduate (preferably in Early childhood Education, or equivalent major)
• Fluency in both written and spoken English (preferably with PBT TOEFL score min. 500 or IELTS min. 6.5) – official language proficiency certificate is NOT mandatory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A caring and approachable nature
• Ability to adapt to the learning needs of young children
• Ability to exercise patience and demonstrate creativity
• Experience in teaching young children
• Availability to work from office in Jakarta area
