• Communicating with stakeholders across the organization to understand data analysis needs and address business inquiries through comprehensive data exploration
• Collecting data from diverse sources and process data to ensure its quality and consistency.
• Employing advanced analysis and visualization techniques to explore data sets, identify patterns, trends, and interesting insights.
• Applying statistical methods to analyze data, uncover relationships, and identify correlations between variables.
• Translating complex analytical findings into easily understandable language for non-technical stakeholders, presenting insights in a clear and structured manner
• Creating comprehensive reports and interactive dashboards that vividly describe the results of data analysis, offering relevant information to stakeholders
• Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data used in analyses and providing recommendations to enhance overall data quality
• Collaborating effectively with other data analysis teams, development/backend teams, and various business team members to achieve project and initiative goals
• Staying informed about the latest developments in the field of data analysis and related technologies to continually improve efficiency and analytical skills
• Demonstrating a commitment to maintaining the security and privacy of data accessed and used during the analysis process

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field
• At least 1 year of relevant experience as a data analyst; fresh graduate with internship experiences are welcome to apply
• Proficient in using Excel and/or Google Sheets for data analysis
• Familiarity and hands-on experience working with MySQL, Metabase, and proficiency in Data Analysis and Python
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of statistical concepts
• Ability to read and comprehend data, with the capability to create charts and graphs to effectively communicate findings
• Capable of providing valuable insights and developing actionable plans based on data analysis
• Proficiency in transforming ambiguous business or product challenges into impactful analyses, including the design of simple experiments
• Exhibit strong curiosity and perseverance, with the ability to learn quickly and work independently
• Possess a keen analytical mindset and a genuine passion for working with data
• Adaptability to changing priorities and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
