Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cook (especially in Indonesian/Asian/Western cuisines)
• Skilled and passionate in contemporary/modern Indonesian
• Have experience in the culinary arts (food plating portfolio inclusion would be preferred)
• Have a creative trait in order to cook and present food creatively
• Ability to innovate and learn new trends in cooking and platting techniques
• Strong leadership, very disciplined, highly organized, knowledgeable in cost control
• Hands-on, attention to detail, perfectionist, creative and very knowledgeable in current food trends in upscale restaurants
• All candidates must have a prior minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions
