Responsibilities Include

The Contract Assistant job is located in Jakarta and we are looking for individuals who have good attention to detail, are organized, are able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent communication skills.

• Managing the end-to-end contract process for writers
• Checking all the data & information provided by writers, ensuring data accuracy
• Communicating with writers to explain contract terms and progress
• Contracts filing and documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from any major
• Prior experience in contract management, administration, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to identify discrepancies
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with writers and other stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of contracts and data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software
• Knowledge of legal terminology and contract law is a plus
• Proficiency in English is preferred
