Comprehensive Operations Excellence (CORE) program is a dedicated acceleration program for Operations in Bank BTPN which provides a great opportunity for you to experience the art of Operations in BTPN. This program is designed to develop highly potential talents of future Bank BTPN operations experts. You will gain an in-depth understanding of the operations of the banking industry through intensive in-class training and exposure to significant operations projects. To continue nurturing our CORE talents, you will work alongside people leaders and cross-disciplines to help you develop an understanding and skills of operations excellence of Bank BTPN.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a scale of 4.0)
• Recent graduate or professional with up to 2 years of working experience
• Good fluency in English for both writing and speaking
• Passionate and self-driven for continuous learning and development with the ability to work both independently and in a team
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, adaptability to changes, and problem-solving skills
• Adopt a customer-centric view with flairs in digital technology and the ability to work in a diligent manner
• Willing to be placed in all BTPN offices in Indonesia as part of career development journey
