Spearhead sales to acquire client in Surabaya and surrounding. Kalau bagus akan diberikan kesempatan build & lead local sales team.
Kualifikasi:
- Proven experience in sales leadership and city/regional expansion, ideally in a tech startup or HR solutions environment.
- Strong strategic thinking, team leadership, and communication skills.
- Understanding of regional market dynamics; familiarity with HR tech (ATS, Job Portals, HRIS) is a big plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, thrives in fast-paced environments.
- High achiever is a MUST!
