Job Description

As our Astronaut, your missions are:

• Responsible for building and maintaining end-to-end operational excellence over a spectrum campaign within owned media marketing including but not limited to promotion tools, merchandising, in-app messages, etc.
• Delivering the campaign activities on time and with zero error, by enabling coordinated, efficient, and streamlined end-to-end execution processes in owned media marketing channels.
• Work with various stakeholders and co-lead small projects (with supervision/guidance)
• Execute and continuously optimize campaign governance and performance for owned marketing channels

Job Requirements

In order to launch successfully, you need to have:

• Fresh graduates are welcomed and/or 1-2 years of similar experiences, especially in campaign management and execution.
• Meticulous, curious, structured, and passionate about excellency at executing things in a sprint.
• Solid data-driven analytical and problem-solving skills to continually provide valuable marketing and business insights
• Good communication, language, and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Type of person that can cope with multi-stakeholders and perform well-provided checklists/items in hands to be accountable.
• Self-driven, embrace challenges, and perseverance to failures yet resilient to quickly embrace learning.
• Comfortable as an individual contributor but still a good collaborator with a high sense of accountability, integrity, and urgency
