Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Brand & Social Media Lead is responsible for driving the company's brand strategy and social media presence as part of a dedicated division under the Commercial Department. This role involves analyzing trends, developing campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand communication. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead efforts to align brand initiatives with commercial objectives, while ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Trend Analysis: Stay updated on social media trends, user behaviors, and competitor activities. Leverage these insights to inform brand strategy and increase engagement.
- Campaign Strategy and Execution: Develop, plan, and manage social media and brand campaigns, ensuring they align with commercial goals. Lead the execution of campaigns, including timeline and budget management, and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Brand Perception and Voice: Define and manage the brand’s perceived value, establishing a consistent and authentic brand voice across all platforms. Ensure messaging aligns with target audience expectations.
- Brand Guidelines and Consistency: Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. Enforce these guidelines internally and externally to maintain brand integrity.
- Brand Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate brand performance through key metrics (engagement, reach, sentiment, etc.). Provide insights to improve brand strategy and performance.
- Customer Identification and Growth: Identify potential new customer segments and growth opportunities through market research and trend analysis. Implement strategies to target these segments effectively.
- Marketing Plan Execution: Work closely with the commercial and marketing teams to implement branding initiatives that align with broader business objectives. Ensure seamless integration of branding efforts into the company’s overall strategy.
- Campaign Effectiveness Analysis: Measure the effectiveness of social media and brand campaigns through performance data. Provide detailed reports and recommendations to improve future campaigns.
Kualifikasi:
- 2-3 years of experience in brand management and social media strategy.
- Proven experience in leading or managing a team is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and familiarity with analytics tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clear, consistent messaging.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with commercial, marketing, and other teams to execute strategic goals.
