What You Will Do

• Collaborate with the AdSolutions team to gather comprehensive requirements, user stories, and use cases for automation projects, ensuring alignment with team needs, visions, and feedback
• Assist in overseeing the entire lifecycle of automation projects, from initial concept ideation to successful execution and implementation
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, design, and operations, to conceptualize, design, and develop effective automation solutions
• Collaborate with the cross-functional team to identify, analyze, and troubleshoot automation-related product issues, proposing and implementing effective solutions
• Contribute to the prioritization of automation projects, considering business impact, resource availability, and strategic objectives
• Provide operational support by assisting the operational team in resolving challenges related to our automation platform
• Contribute to the formulation of strategies aimed at continuously improving existing automation processes and workflows
• Assist in the creation of clear and comprehensive documentation and training materials for new automation solutions

What This Role Needs

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Business)
• At least 2 years of experience in roles related to automation, process improvement, product management, or a similar field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and leverage data for informed decision-making
• Effective communication skills to facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders
• Detail-oriented mindset, coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects concurrently while consistently meeting deadlines
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills
