• Assist in team communication.
• Assist in team tasks.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports for the team.
• Understand recent fraud techniques and provide solutions.
• Understand user complaints and handle cases processes.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Fluent in Mandarin is a must, both verbally and written.
• Interest in E-commerce and Financial industry.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Proficient in office software operation.
• Problem solving and critical thinking skills.
