YES! Internship Program

As YES! Interns, students will directly immerse themselves with our professional team to gain a deeper understanding of the corporate world in the multinational food and beverage company. They will be involved in projects closely aligned with business practices. Opportunities for competency development are available in areas such as Technology, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Technical, Supply Chain, Corporate Affairs, and Sustainability. The objective is to comprehend concepts and apply knowledge responsibly to assigned projects.

Requirements:

1. Active students in who have completed minimum 4 semesters of S1/D4 Program (All Engineering & Food Sciences program)
2. Passionate and eager to learn in a multinational FMCG company
3. Able to work in a offline/hybrid environment, individually and in a team
4. Students who have permissions from university to be YES! Intern for four months (Memegang Surat Rekomendasi dari kampus)
5. Willing to be placed in one of the following sites on your own expenses:

• Jakarta Head Office
• Karawang Factory, Jawa Barat
• Kejayan Factory, Jawa Timur
• Bandaraya Factory, Jawa Tengah
• Panjang Factory, Bandar Lampung

Additional Information:

1. Active students who have completed a minimum of 4 semesters by August 2023 (No in-class learning activities during Internship Program, 1 September - 31 December 2023)
2. Passionate about learning in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry
3. Willing to work on-site or offline (WFO)
4. Must hold permission from the relevant university to participate in the YES! Internship Program for a duration of 4 months (full time) by uploading SR & SPTJM
