What You'll Do

• Handle corresponding (Printing, follow up, send and receive)
• Filing administrative document
• Check ATK stock and pantry supplies
• Preparation and support for internal and external events
• Coordination with vendors for related GA Services (pest control, delivery, etc)
• Support and assisting day to day GA operational and assist in GA projects

What You'll Need

• Fresh graduate are welcome
• Have some experiences in General Affairs field
• Good English proficiency
• Familiar with printer devices
• Familiar with Gdocs and Gform
