Job Description

• Handling massive recruitment (especially for Ops Hiring)
• Taking care and making sure the personnel administration running well
• Practice to do sourcing in various channels (for Intern, junior, and mid-level) and approach active & passive candidates
• Support the TAs for sourcing, scheduling, contacting, and liaising with the users
• Update recruitment tracker and database regularly
• Practice handling Life At Hangry IG Account
  

Requirements

• Final year student or fresh graduate from any major who's interested in recruitment and human resource management
• Great communication skill
• Excellent English communication skills
• Good in stakeholder management
• Willing to learn
• Able to join immediately
