• Building the RTM Strategies for various market models across state markets
• Develop solid and optimized RTM strategy to explore opportunity and potentiality of the market
• Manage data which are related to the performance team in areas such as productivity, time activity, etc. Analytical skills required here.
• Give suggestion the best sales journey plan to be more effective and efficient to reduce operational cost in area
• Ensure our SR visit outlets according to their routes plan in order to increase our active users.
• Develop and communicate best practice
  

Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university
• At least 2-3 years hands on experience in Route to Market, Distribution Development, Data Analyst
• Business operations understanding
• Good analytical skills and computer literate with at least medium to high microsoft office skill
• Confident in communicating and influencing at all levels of the organization
• Strong knowledge of territory management (familiar with Qgis app) and research data
• Willing to travel
• Ability to complete tasks with time constraints and priorities multiple demands/projects
