Key Responsibilities

• Assist research operations, responding to and resolving questions to help the research projects run efficiently
• Assist in identifying the pain points among the researchers when conducting the research and collaborate with research operations to solve the problems
• Assist in developing the research operational guideline to standardize and accelerate the research delivery
• Help to measure and track the impact of the research on product or business initiatives

Requirements

• Final year student/Fresh graduate majoring in any related major
• Self-starter and able to work independently
• Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Value process efficiency and love working collaboratively with other people
