• Manage and improve control in all processes in/related to Ops Support
• Reviewing and monitoring existing activities/processes, SOP, policies in Ops Support (QC, DE), and other processes that related to other teams/units
• Create/prepare SOP for any new process in Ops Support
• Proactively drive and track the compliance controls effectiveness
  
  

Requirements

• Have 1 year of experience in the related field
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
• Reliable, Quick Learner with a Positive Attitude and mindset
• Proactive with internal and external communications among team members
