Job Description

• Develop world-class employee experience through an integrated HR strategy implementation
• Actively support business leaders to drive the talent agenda to enable business results through Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Organizational Design, Change Management and various cultural initiatives
• Lead end-to-end design, implementation and continuous improvement of talent management process
• Define learning and development needs with training analysis
• Design training materials, e-learning content, syllabus and training module
• Overseas onboarding process for new Noicemate
• Create the ideas and oversee the engagement programs to align with Noice values
• Direct training need analysis (TNA) based on employees performance results then transform to Individual Development Program which enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company Job Requirements:
• More than 5+ proven successful years of HR experience, ideally from a multinational company, or high-tech company;
• Proven capability and acumen in business, organization and talent;
• Self-starter, motivated, comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment;
• Strong communicative and stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of influencing at a senior level;
• Minimum Bachelor degree with relevant studies
