Job scope including, but not limited to:

• You will be part of our Logistics squad and expected to build products that are related to delivery, driver routing, etc
• Modifying software to fix errors, adapt it to new hardware, improve its performance, or upgrade interfaces
• Directing system testing and validation procedures
• Directing software programming and documentation development
• Consulting with departments or customers on project status and proposals
• Working with customers or departments on technical issues including software system design and maintenance
• Analyzing information to recommend and plan the installation of new systems or modifications of an existing system
• Consulting with engineering staff to evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements
• Designing and developing software systems using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcomes and design consequences
• Preparing reports on programming project specifications, activities, or status
• Conferring with project managers to obtain information on limitations or capabilities

Requirements:

• Passionate in fullstack software engineering, mostly as individual contributor
• Excellent problem solving skills, able to think of an optimal solution for the same. This requires excellent skills in deciding and defining which data structure to use and what operations / algo to be applied on the same
• Excellent programming skills in React.js for frontend. Fundamentals are crystal clear and has experience of writing good code following the programming paradigms
• Excellent programming skills in backend (preferably Java Spring/Spring Boot) and good technical understanding on such. Other languages such as Golang or Node.js will be considered
• Good experience in OOD (object-oriented design), has good experience of think how to design the solution in form of classes and relationships between them
• Experience with MySQL, has clear fundamentals of using and configuring MySQL. Also able to write code that fetches data from MySQL
• Experience of working on large scale application
• Experience with server-side caching, had experience of working on a large-scale application will understand why and how to implement / use distributed caching techniques
• Experience with performance optimization at application level
• Communication in English will be mandatory
